The Planning Stage
At the first stage of the process we plan the structure according to the needs of the client. The planning is included in the overall price and executed by architects experienced in industrialized construction methods. The planning accounts for the features of the terrain, client’s budget, and individual taste in design, and certainly take into account the required safety standards. At this stage we prepare the “garmoshka” (pink file) drawing and take care for all the building permits required from the authorities and Israel Land Authority.
